Wellness Embodied Book

Encino · Ventura Blvd

Massage, meditation, and community, at your pace.

WE is a calm, welcoming place in the Valley for bodywork, group practice, and time outdoors. Every visit starts with what you need and how you feel that day.

How WE works

Care that follows you

You set the pace

We start with a short intake and a real conversation. You choose what feels right, and you can change your mind at any point in a session.

Body and mind together

WE works alongside licensed mental-health providers, so bodywork and counseling can support each other when you want them to.

Room for everyone

Group classes, free community events, and funded sessions mean cost does not decide who gets care.
